I was born and grew up in London of Irish parents. I’ve always been an avid reader and when growing up consumed every book in the local library – a diet supplemented by my elder brother’s science fiction books, and my mother’s ‘Woman’s Weekly’ romance serials.
As a result I write in several genres though currently I’m working on a trilogy in the paranormal urban fantasy genre. I also write commercial women’s fiction and science-fiction.
I love travelling, drawing with pastels, mostly flowers; photography – mostly flowers, clouds and sunsets; theatre, film and, of course, reading. I garden when the sun shines.
I’m also compiling an ever increasing bucket list of places I want to visit from Iceland to Australia.
My debut novel One Summer in Montmartre is a timeslip novel of love, loss, and obsession connected by an Impressionist painting.Separate in time, yet linked through a passion for art, conflicts between love and duty weave a common thread throughout this two stranded story.
