Free Textbooks

Textbooks can be EXPENSIVE. We all know that. What you probably don't know is how to get them for FREE. There are several sites online that allow students to swap or trade their old textbooks for new ones that they need, free of charge.

Most of these sites work by giving a student 1 credit for each book he gives away, and then he can "spend" that 1 credit in asking for a book from someone else. Whoever holds the book usually pays the small shipping cost of a couple bucks, but that's nothing compared to the hundreds of dollars that many books retail at!
